UPCOMING DEVELOPMENT

All around the Baptisia development is breathing new life to Edgewood & Brookland. Since Monroe Street Market and The Arts Walk became Brookland’s new retail area, new multifamily buildings and townhomes continue to emerge. Edgewood will be transformed by the redevelopment of the Rhode Island Shopping Center. Only a 5 min walk this will create a new destinsation neighborhood of 1,650 new residences and 250,000 sf of retail anchored by a cinema.
